Garage Conversion

Our team removed the garage door and replaced it with windows and brick to create additional living space

To convert a garage into extra living space we did the following in this project:

- Raised the garage floor to match the level of the rest of the house.

- Install insulation in the walls for temperature control and soundproofing.

- Add drywall and finished with paint.

- Installed windows for natural light and ventilation.

- Installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and baseboards.

- Additional electrical outlets and recess lighting.
